About project

The website opolskiegoscinne.pl was created for the project “Opolskie hospitable – Support for social integration of third countries” financed by the Regional Program European Funds for Opolskie 2021-2027 (FEO)

The Voivodeship Employment Office in Opole received funding for the implementation of the project entitled “Hospitable Opole – Support for the social integration of third-country nationals“. According to the project assumptions, support is planned for 1,452 foreigners from outside the European Union, staying legally in Poland, who live, study or work in the Opole Voivodeship.

The project implementation period is October 1, 2023 – March 30, 2026.

The aim of the project is to support the socio-economic integration of third-country nationals through the activities of the Foreigners’ Integration Center and its offerings. The range of services dedicated to foreigners includes, among others, free Polish language courses, vocational Polish courses, adaptation courses, legal support, psychological assistance, career counseling, vocational training, and job placement services. The project also includes the organization of cultural events with an integrative nature, which will strengthen the process of integrating foreigners with the host society, i.e., the inhabitants of the region. To meet the expectations of employers, we also offer legal assistance in the form of an advisory service for employers employing foreigners. This support covers exclusively the areas of labor law regarding the employment of foreigners in Poland, the legalization of foreigners’ employment, and the legalization of foreigners’ stay. We also offer training for civil society organizations and local government entities dealing with foreigner issues.

The project aims to train 250 individuals, and 66 will find employment.
